What should I check when reading a translated product listing?

Do not assume an automated translation preserves every qualification accurately. Check the currency separately from translated price descriptions.

What should I check if a product's displayed price has changed?

Check whether an earlier promotion has ended or changed its conditions. Keep any relevant quote or confirmed offer when asking for clarification.

How can I keep a useful record of a support chat?

Avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information in an easily shared file. Ask for written confirmation if a crucial detail remains ambiguous.
